The redesigned sitemap establishes a clear, user-centered structure that prioritizes the primary audiences of Boston Children’s Hospital: patients & families, healthcare professionals, and researchers.
The goal was to reduce navigation friction, surface high-intent tasks, and create a scalable framework capable of supporting future growth.
Process Strength
A quick hand-drawn explorations to establish hierarchy, CTA placement, and modular layout patterns. This low-fidelity step encouraged rapid iteration, early stakeholder alignment, and ensured the design solved user needs before moving into polished UI.
